Western Libraries collects e-books along with print books. You can find e-books and print books the same way, through Western's Library Catalogue. You can search by a known title or author, or by keyword or subject searching. For an overview of how to use the library catalogue, see the OMNI Help Guide.
Google Books is a great way to perform a preliminary search for books before turning to the library website. If a book is out of copyright, or if a publisher has given Google permission, you will be able to see a preview to determine its usefulness for your research. In certain cases, you will have access to entire chapters of books or even to entire books as downloadable PDF files.
