Western Libraries collects e-books along with print books related to Black history and literature. You can find e-books and print books the same way, through Western's Library Catalogue (Omni). You can search by a known title or author, or by keyword or subject searching.

The Black Resources Collection includes fiction and non-fiction works encompassing the Black diasporic experience, highlighting its rich cultural history and influence. The titles were selected and compiled by Black mental health staff therapists, African Canadian scholars, and students comprising the Black student association (BSA).

The James Alexander and Ellen Rea Benson Special Collections includes rare books on Canadian Black history and abolitionism. These works can be searched in Western’s Library Catalogue (Omni).
