Several resources related to Black history and literature are available in Western’s Archives and Special Collections. An overview of the material available for viewing in the Reading Room of the Archives and Research Collections Centre (ARCC) can be found using Black History Related Materials from Archives and Special Collections (Western Libraries). One can also visit the Canadian Black History Collection, which has digitized copies of The Voice of the Bondsman, a publication issued in Stratford by abolitionist John J. E. Linton.
