Architectural Records

Charles H. Gillin fonds
This fonds contains 1242 architectural drawings and 1cm of tectual records of 73 projects undertaken by Charles H. Gillin from 1948 to 1976. The projects are mostly schools in and around London, primarily for the Separate School Board. Also included are also residences, restaurants, public buildings, golf and country clubs, day care centres, an inn, apartments and a fire department machine shop and garage. A significant portion of the projects are additions and/or alterations to exisiting buildings. There is a series of project related material including photographs, textual records, two name plates and a CD-ROM containing digital photographs.
George F. Durand sous-fonds
Sous-fonds contains architectural drawings of 62 projects created by George F. Durand, individually or in partnership with others, in London and surrounding areas. The drawings consist of plans, elevations, sections, details, a water colour painting, sketches and plans for various utilities such as heating, plumbing and ventilating, circa 1867-1889.
