Citing is an important part of the research process – you need to give credit to the authors of the sources you've used!

ICMJE (formerly Uniform Requirements or Vancouver) Style

The ICMJE (International Committee of Medical Journal Editors) Style is commonly used in Foods & Nutrition. The Brescia ICMJE Recommendations Guide will give you a basic introduction to in-text citations and referencing in ICMJE style.
