Researching a Company's Supply Chain

It can be challenging, if not impossible, to find information about the supply chain or logistics management of a specific company. To get an overall picture of a company's supply chain operations, try using a variety of sources, including the ones listed below.

Sources for Information about a Company's Supply Chain

In the company profile, select the options under the Business Relationships heading.

Find your company and then use the function SPLC<GO>.

Annual reports and other company filings often have additional information about the supply chain. Try using CTRL+F to search the documents for the words suppl or distrib to locate discussions about suppliers and distribution for that company.

Newspaper, magazine, and even academic articles may also provide information about a company's supply chain.
